Centering Prayer is an ancient Christian prayer practice that emphasizes prayer as a personal relationship with God. It is Trinitarian in its source, Christ-centered in its focus, and ecclesial in its effects; that is, it builds communities of faith.
Centering Prayer Group
The Centering Prayer Group meets in various locations including Our Lady of Florida on a weekly basis. It is a partnership with Contemplative Outreach who hold their ten day intensive retreats along with weekend programs here.
