Centering Prayer

“Our best plan is to place ourselves in the Lord’s Presence,

meditate upon his mercy and grace and upon our own lowliness,

and leave Him to give us what he wills” ......Teresa of Avila: The Interior Castle

Centering Prayer is an ancient Christian prayer practice that emphasizes prayer as a personal relationship with God.  It is Trinitarian in its source, Christ-centered in its focus, and ecclesial in its effects; that is, it builds communities of faith.

Centering Prayer Group
