Fr. Paul Helps Dedicate

World Trade Center Memorial

On September 11, 2001, Fr Paul Wierichs, C.P. was the FBI Chaplain serving New York City.  He was one of the first responders to the devastation at the World Trade Center that day and his memories could fill volumes.  On June 3, 2010, Fr Paul was invited to do the invocation and benediction at the dedication of the “09.11.01 MEMORIAL PLAZA” for the City of Palm Beach Gardens.  The memorial includes a three-story window section from the original World Trade Center.  Fr. Paul has been told by many people who lost loved ones in the World Trade Center whose bodies were never found that memorials like this help greatly with their healing process.
