Does the Retreat Center rent its facilities to outside groups?

Yes we do. The facilities are available to any religious group, educational group, or non-profit organization, including civic organizations, companies and corporations. We do, however, reserve the right to limit the use of our facilities to those whose philosophies do not diametrically oppose our mission and purpose.

What does your availability look like?

While most of our weekends are booked with either our own retreat programs or repeat groups using the facilities, there are some weekends still available, especially during the summer months. There are more options available if your group would like mid-week dates or if your group is flexible with weekend dates. For more information please contact us at (561) 626-1300.

How many conference rooms do you have?

We have a number of conference rooms. Our largest room, is 75' x 35' and can accommodate up to 120 people theatre style. The second largest accommodates up to 75. Other smaller conference/meeting areas may be set up according to your needs for break-out sessions and smaller groups.

What type of audio-visual equipment do you have?

VCR, DVD, Wide-Screen TV and excellent audio/video equipment for PowerPoint, DVD or VCR presentations with drop-down or portable screens are available and may be moved to whichever area you choose. We also feature free Wi-Fi Internet access and a wired Guest Computer System with printer.

Is there a set-up fee?

The fees include setup and cleanup. Amounts vary according to the exact facilities reserved and the number of participants. Additional fees may apply for certain audio/video equipment.

Do you have overnight accommodations?

Yes, we have 75 guest rooms. Approximately fifteen of these have two beds. All beds are extra long for your comfort.

Do you have meal service or do we have to go to a restaurant?

We have a large dining room for groups that can accommodate up to 100 people (or more). Our food is served buffet-style or with waitresses. If your group has any special requests our chef will do his best to accommodate you. We also have a smaller dining room.

What else do you have at the Center?

In addition to our conference rooms and overnight rooms, we have a main chapel that seats 200 and a smaller one for groups of 30-35. The property and facilities are detailed elsewhere on this site. The Center also has a small book/gift shop and library area.

Just e-mail the Center or call us at 561-626-1300. If you prefer to fax, our fax number is 561-627-3956. Just tell us your name, the name of your group or organization, the date you would like, the size of your group, how you'd like the conference room(s) set-up (theatre-style, conference-style, etc.), and how many overnight rooms you would require. It's that easy!
