Accepting Faulty People

It is good as far as you can to observe the advice of St. Bernard, “A superior [leader of the community] should see all things, be quiet about many things, and correct few things.” If you get anyone too tight, he or she will break. This is hardly necessary when he or she has goodwill. St. Teresa says that if God wants anyone perfect, He will give the wings.
