Dying to Bear Fruit
We read in the Gospel that if the grain of wheat does not die, it remains alone and does not bear fruit (Jn 12:24). The soul is a grain which God sows in the great field of the Church. To bear fruit it must die in storms of suffering, contradictions, sorrows, persecutions, etc. then it bears abundant fruit
